The staff were incredibly helpful and efficient, providing excellent customer service. Moreover, the breakfast included was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the fact that the apartment was located inside the hotel building, which allowed me to enjoy all the amenities offered by the hotel as well as the convenience of being close to key attractions. the apartment was clean and had a fully equipped kitchenette, which allowed me to cook my own meals. I also appreciated the privacy of having my own space.

The check-in experience was disappointing. We were not able to check-in until the early hours of the morning as the reception staff asked for our passports, despite us having other valid forms of ID. the room was not up to standard as it didn't have any bed linen and there were no bathroom or toilet products provided.
